We first started looking in CT in 2016. We were interested in a house in Wilton  and had a friend recommend Christina to us. It was the best recommendation we could have wished for. She visited the town offices to find information on wet lands, zoning, set backs or anything specific we inquired about. She was there for us on any day we could come to CT and showed us as many houses we wanted to see or she thought we would like. She was always on time, was always professional and returned all our phone calls and messages immediately. And even though she had many customers, she made us feel like we were the only ones and was extremely patient with our three rowdy kids. Christina looked for a house with us in Ridgefield, Redding, Wilton, Weston and Westport. She knew from the beginning that Westport would be best for our unique situation, but showed us all the towns that we wanted to see until we realized that she was absolutely right! She showed us a house that was not on our list that matched our criteria, and as soon as we walked in, we knew that that was the house for us. It had everything we wanted and if it wasn't for her, we might never have found it. It was the perfect house with a perfect price within our budget. She was a master negotiator during our purchase. She looked out for us and made every transaction easy. She recommended a great home inspector and professionals that needed to review the home to ensure that it met our families needs. She voluntarily would meet the inspctors at the house on our behalf when we couldn't make it to the appointment.
